Job Description

Key Responsibilities


-Content Development: Create high-quality content for various platforms, including social media, print materials, reports, speeches, newsletters, and internal communications


- Social-Media & Digital Presence: Develop and maintain a content calendar, manage social media accounts, and engage with audiences. Ensure brand alignment and consistent messaging. Develop and optimize digital strategies to maximize reach and impact.


- Internal Communication & Alignment: Effectively document and communicate the organization’s journey, ensuring clarity across all employee levels. Act as a bridge between leadership and staff, reinforcing key messages and promoting a strong sense of belonging.


- Performance Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
