Job Description

The Marketing Communications Officer will support to develop and execute cost effective and high-calibre marketing communication across the dnata Travel Group. Ensure all activity builds a consistent brand, communications and advertising identity that adheres to guidelines. 


In this role you will:


  • Support in the planning of tactical marketing and communication plans for assigned brand. Have a reasonable understanding of the business requirements.
  • Responsible for producing monthly activity reports to be shared with the business including all post campaign analysis, budget tracking and PR and social metrics.
  • Support the execution of campaigns across all channels for assigned business, ensuring that overall campaign is of the right quality and is aligned to business KPI's.
  • Support with agency management during implementation of campaigns to ensure timely delivery and quality as per the agreed brief. Escalate any issues or concerns to the Manager.
  • Work collaboratively with assigned business, in particular the commercial team. Understand and interpret all marketing briefs.
  • Responsible for leading on the production of all external client newsletters from understanding the business brief, to copywriting production and creative execution. Using the shared support functions to deliver these on time and to budget.
  • Ensure customer experience and brand are fully represented in campaigns across all touchpoints in all defined markets.
  • Support Marketing Manager with all invoicing and supplier management requirements.
