Role Summary
We are looking for a talented Marketing Communication Consultant to develop and implement strategic communication plans to promote products and services within the assigned segment.
What you will do
1) ) Develop and execute the Marketing and Communication Plan for Africa, Middle East and Eastern Europe region including specific objectives across different channels, and segments like general construction, road construction, quarry & aggregates.
Regionalize global assets for the market and roll campaigns through both cat-owned channels and the dealer channels
Lead NPI launch strategy in the region
Coordinate marketing activities with Marcom Managers from the AMEE Region dealerships
Follow-up on sales leads conclusion with the Sales team and AMEE Dealers
Promote dealer best practices in the region
Develop our Lead Generation Campaigns Plan for the region in collaboration with our Digital Marketing team
Define and coordinate multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle
Maximize sales lead collection from all potential Marketing sources
Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns
2) Campaign and Commercial Program Management
Lead the commercial programs and set up the strategy
Develop and identify the offering with the support of the AMEE Sales Team
Tailor and roll out campaigns / commercial programs with dealer support
Must have the ability to lead, influence and motivate a team of marcoms leads from the dealerships.
Coordinate with Sales and Marcom Managers from the AMEE Region dealerships
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish
Responsible for budget management and control
Support our AMEE Dealer network for Marketing campaigns and strategies
Define disruptive marketing communication strategy for product / technology / services promotion via physical & virtual customer experience including major tradeshows.
Working in partnership with internals and creative agencies to develop creative briefs for advertising including print, digital, and video assets
Analyze industry trends and the competitive environment
Lead large regional projects and work with stakeholders across Business Units

Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.
What You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Marketing, Communication or Business.
At least 8 years progressively responsible experience in Marcom / Commercial
Demonstrated proficiency in multiple projects management
Strong Business Acumen to measure ROI
Metrics-driven marketing mind
Must have strong writing and presentation skills and examples of successful communication strategies and results.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to deal with issues crossing boundaries or persuade others inside or outside the organization to take action.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Fluent in English
What Will Put You Ahead
Experience in Sales, Digital Marketing preferably in B2B
Experience working with dealers for marketing initiatives execution and dealer management.
Knowledge about CRM software such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
An understanding of construction industry, products, technologies, services and its customers.
Fluent in Arabic and/or French
Additional Information
This position requires up to 40% travel.
