Job Summary:
As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and events, focusing on generating high-quality sales leads to support our growth targets. Your primary goal will be to drive pipeline growth through content-driven digital campaigns, as well as in-person and online events. You will play a key role in influencing existing opportunities, accelerating their movement through the sales funnel, and increasing the likelihood of closing deals. This role is vital in aligning marketing efforts with business objectives across a diverse geographical region, including Europe, UK, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. By collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing, Managing Directors, and Sales teams, you'll ensure that marketing initiatives are directly tied to revenue generation and business outcomes. Your efforts will help elevate our brand presence and impact, contributing significantly to the success of our broader business goals.
Job Description:
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Own and optimize the execution of demand-generation tactics to meet growth objectives across the AMEA group. Plan and manage the full execution of campaigns, conferences, webinars, events, advertising, and promotions. Run integrated campaigns for each BU and the group across multiple channels to achieve MQL, SAL, and pipeline goals. Manage channels like industry memberships, social media, digital sites, print, and direct mail for campaigns. Innovate and recommend cutting-edge systems to improve campaign processes and results. Collaborate with the Marketing Director to align campaign strategies with overall business goals, ensuring a unified approach across all marketing efforts. Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategy and positioning. Utilize customer data and insights to segment audiences, tailoring campaigns to effectively reach high-value prospects Design and implement lead nurturing programs that guide prospects through the sales funnel, focusing on conversion and ROI. Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company’s value proposition Provide regular updates to the Marketing Director on campaign performance, ROI, and key learnings, adjusting strategies as needed. Communicate campaign progress, results, and insights to key internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and leadership teams. Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and business priorities, shifting focus and adjust campaigns as necessary Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Content Specialist to create engaging, high-impact content that drives campaign success and resonates with target audiences. Partner with the Marketing Director and Digital Team to ensure seamless execution of online campaigns, optimizing alignment with our digital platforms for maximum reach and effectiveness. Work closely with the Marketing Graphic Designer to transform campaign concepts into visually compelling assets that capture attention and reinforce brand messaging. Manage and administer budget allocation for all campaign and event marketing activities
Education and Experience
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the enterprise software field Proven record of delivering campaign and marketing program results Positive, proactive can-do attitude; good time management, good team player Excellent analytical and data analysis skills Salesforce and Marketo experience is a bonus Strong Microsoft Suite Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

Special Conditions
