What You’ll Be Doing OKX is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate (Social & Communities) to join regional team. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our social media presence and community engagement. We’re looking for someone passionate about crypto, skilled in multimedia content creation, and experienced in building vibrant online communities.

1. Content Creation & Social Media:
   
   1. Produce and market high-quality video content, including reels, shorts, and daily Instagram updates, utilizing branded materials.
      
   2. Capture and edit professional photos and videos for social media and campaigns, ensuring alignment with OKX's brand identity.
      
   3. Accompany the team to local events and manage all photo and video coverage.
      
   4. Develop educational video materials for various social media channels about the products and services of OKX
      
2. Community Management:
   
   1. Strategically grow and engage communities on platforms such asTelegram, TikTok, Instagram and Youtube.
      
   2. Stay up-to-date on internet culture, crypto market trends, and the evolving web3 landscape to create relevant and timely content.
      
3. Product Marketing & Campaigns:
   
   1. Create and optimize social media and product marketing campaigns.
      
   2. Use data-driven insights to enhance engagement and measure campaign effectiveness.
      
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   
   1. Collaborate across teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
      
   2. Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously while aligning expectations with stakeholders.
      

 
Requirements

1. Technical Skills:
   
   1. Proficiency in sound, video creation, photography, and editing using tools such as Figma, Canva, and video editing software.
      
   2. Strong knowledge of camera operation and mobile content creation techniques.
      
   3. Familiarity with crypto-related themes and OKX products.
      
2. Experience:
   
   1. Proven track record of growing social communities across X, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, and LinkedIn.
      
   2. Ability to craft compelling product marketing and social campaigns.
      
3. Soft Skills:
   
   1. Excellent leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
      
   2. Native Russian
      
   3. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with a high level of organization.
      
   4. Strong emotional intelligence and a team-oriented mindset.
      
   5. Ability to blend creativity with data insights for impactful campaigns.
      

 

What We Look For In You 

• Social media or content creation experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX, or any related space
  
• Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  
• Open to business traveling to CIS, MENA, SEA or other regions if required.
  
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse and international internal teams and external partners; experience working with key stakeholder management; Able to work with stakeholders across different levels
  
• Being fluent in English and native Russian is a must.
