Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Marketing and Sales Executive to join Afnan Studio's Media Division in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our brand, generating leads, acquiring clients, and contributing to the division’s overall growth. This role blends strategic marketing efforts with hands-on sales activities to expand our customer base, boost visibility, and drive revenue for our media services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Sales:
- Identify and target potential clients within the media, advertising, and events industry.
- Conduct cold calls, client visits, and sales presentations to pitch our media services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
Marketing & Brand Promotion:
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote our media services in Sharjah and surrounding regions.
- Distribute promotional materials and represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure consistent branding across all offline marketing materials and client touchpoints.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Monitor competitors and provide insights to enhance offerings and positioning.
- Collaborate with management on pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client reports.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on marketing and sales performance.
Skills
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (completed or in progress).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing and sales, preferably within media, advertising, or a related industry.
- UAE Valid Driving License is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organized, self-driven, and confident in client-facing roles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
