JOB TITLE:Marketing and Events Coordinator
LOCATION:UAE – remote working with occasional travel to events
CONTRACT TYPE:Full-time, permanent
REPORTING TO: General Manager
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As Marketing and Events Coordinator, you will support and execute MEPRA’s initiatives, marketing and events strategies, enhance member communications, and contribute to organisational growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Member Communication and Engagement: Maintain regular, high-quality communication with members.
- Event Coordination: Successfully plan and execute events according to project plans.
- Public Relations: Manage press content and media outreach effectively.
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage engaging content across platforms.
- Financial Administration: Process invoices and financial data accurately.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to support the wider team.
- Effective time management and prioritisation of tasks.
- Fluency in English is essential, proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications.
- Proficiency in basic design, video editing and content production including experience with Canva, Animoto and Mailchimp.
