Description
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing and CRM Specialist to join our team full time. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain the CRM system, design and execute email marketing campaigns, create visually appealing content, and stay updated on the latest marketing trends to enhance our brand presence. You will also manage our LinkedIn posts and marketing materials while leveraging tools like Photoshop and Canva. You will also communicate and collaborate with the SEO and marketing strategy teams to implement actionable plans. This position is based in Dubai and will be a full-time and on-site position.
Role Requirements
CRM Management:
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information. Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for targeted marketing. Implement and optimize lead nurturing workflows.
Email Marketing:
Research, design, and execute engaging email marketing campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for higher engagement. Create tailored email templates for different audience segments.
Design and Content Creation:
Design marketing materials using tools like Canva and Photoshop. Create visually engaging LinkedIn posts, infographics, and digital assets. Collaborate on storytelling-driven LinkedIn content aligned with the brand’s tone.
Market Research:
Stay updated with industry trends and marketing best practices. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Research and propose new tools or platforms to improve marketing efforts.
SEO and Marketing Strategy Implementation:
Communicate and coordinate with the SEO team to align content and campaigns with SEO objectives. Collaborate with the marketing strategy team to implement strategic initiatives. Monitor the performance of implemented strategies and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Social Media Management:
Plan, create, and schedule LinkedIn posts to drive engagement and visibility. Monitor performance metrics and refine strategies based on insights.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce). Strong command of design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Zoho, Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proactive, self-motivated, and ability to work independently.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in marketing, CRM management, or a similar role. Proven experience in designing marketing materials and executing campaigns. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques. Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or LinkedIn Analytics.* Experience in B2B marketing or working with consulting businesses is a plus.
