Job Description:
Identify new opportunities, analyze market trends, competitor activity and conditions to drive strategic decisions and business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, investors, government agencies and clients to secure new projects and investments.
Source and evaluate development opportunities, negotiate deals, prepare financial projections and assist in budgeting for new projects.
Collaborate with sales teams for marketing strategies, forge strategic alliances and prepare proposals and presentations to secure support for new developments.
