Purpose of the job:
In this role, you will provide critical support to the marketing and customer experience teams, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and projects.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Assist with research tasks such as competitor analysis, market trends, and audience demographics
Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns by preparing materials and managing deadlines
Support with event planning and logistics for marketing initiatives (e.g., trade shows, product launches)
Assist with customer inquiries by collecting information, routing them to the appropriate team member, and following up for resolution
Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in the customer experience
Provide excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders
Effectively collaborate with marketing, customer experience, and other departments to ensure seamless project
Assist with coordinating workshops and meetings
Process invoices, expense reports, and other marketing-related financial documents
Qualifications
Associate degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Two years or less of experience in a marketing or customer experience role
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Highly motivated and organized with a flexible approach
