Job Description

Purpose of the job:


In this role, you will provide critical support to the marketing and customer experience teams, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and projects.


Responsibilities and Accountabilities


  • Assist with research tasks such as competitor analysis, market trends, and audience demographics


  • Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns by preparing materials and managing deadlines


  • Support with event planning and logistics for marketing initiatives (e.g., trade shows, product launches)


  • Assist with customer inquiries by collecting information, routing them to the appropriate team member, and following up for resolution


  • Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in the customer experience


  • Provide excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders


  • Effectively collaborate with marketing, customer experience, and other departments to ensure seamless project


  • Assist with coordinating workshops and meetings


  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other marketing-related financial documents


Qualifications


  • Associate degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)


  • Two years or less of experience in a marketing or customer experience role


  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks


  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal


  • Highly motivated and organized with a flexible approach
