high-performing interns to transition into full-time roles. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-ground research in UAE to identify market opportunities.
Understand industry trends, customer needs, and challenges faced by
businesses in HR management.
Identify and profile medium to large companies as potential clients.
Gather detailed information about target companies, including operations,
size, and HR-related pain points.
Use a proactive approach to collect and document market insights through
in-person interactions and networking.
Leverage available tools and resources to ensure comprehensive data
collection.
Compile findings into detailed reports for internal teams.
Provide actionable insights to support CivilSoft’s market and sales strategies.
Requirements
