We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marine Fleet Manger to oversee the daily operations of our 8 points mooring accommodation Barges and accommodation vessels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vessels, cargo, and personnel within the offshore sites. This role requires a deep understanding of maritime regulations, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with various parties including Oil &Gas companies, port authorities, Class societies,3rd Parties and government agencies. The Fleet Manger will be tasked with managing Offshore operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and optimizing the use of Offshore & Onshore resources. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Offshore industry, a strong understanding of major oil companies requirements and Oilfields Operations, and the ability to lead a diverse team of professionals. Oversee daily port operations and ensure smooth vessel movements compliance with the clients & Charterer requirements
Ensure compliance with maritime safety and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with shipping agencies, port authorities, Harbor Masters, Client representatives and government agencies.
Manage the company resources to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate vessels Masters and crew performance metrics.
Handle emergency situations and coordinate response efforts.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits regularly at offshore on a monthly basis and stays onboard the units for evaluations and assessment of operations and crew performances
Manage crew members and provide training and development opportunities.
Prepare and manage the vessels budget and cost control
Negotiate contracts with service providers and suppliers.
Ensure proper maintenance of the vessels Equipment.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Implement security measures to protect company assets.
Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
Monitor weather conditions and plan accordingly along with the units masters.
Resolve operational issues and conflicts.
Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Sal AED 35-40 k + Family benefits depending on the Experience.
