Manufacturing Technician
Location: AE – Sharjah, United Arab Emirates - All, AE - Overall in-charge of production line, Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
- Dispensing of raw materials and packing materials as per SOP.
- Cleaning of equipment’s/instruments and area as per Standard Operation Procedures.
- Line clearance of area & equipment’s prior to manufacturing, filling and packaging activity.
- To document temperature, RH & DP monitoring as and when-ever required in production areas.
- Filling in on-line entry in batch documents, area logs and proper labeling of area and equipment.
- Daily verification of weighing balances and IPC instruments.
- Initiating Preventive Maintenance and Calibration of all Production Equipment/instrument in co-ordination with production Pharmacist.
- Attaining the training program and to maintain their training record.
- To follow respective SOPs during production activity.
- Running the Production area more efficiently to improve the productivity.
- Notifying any discrepancies/deviations to written procedures if any to Production Pharmacist.
- Responsible for round the clock readiness for Audit and Audit preparation in respective area.
- Reconciliation of batch documents in co-ordination with Production Pharmacist.
- To ensure the documentation and compliance during line-clearance, line startup and production activities.
- To lead the respective area/line/activity under guidance of production pharmacist.
