Job Summary
Perform ME day-to-day activities like
Implement Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement. Conduct detailed process analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Drive root cause analysis along with QC. Perform risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards in manufacturing processes. Write and update technical process documents including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, process flow diagrams, and other documentation as needed. Create BOM and Router of New Mold and Reline stators. Design ,develop and improve toolings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate & ensure safe work environment in the shop. Ability to Work under limited supervision using standard practices. Proficient in reading Engineering DWG’s. Ability to Create 3D models and CNC programs as per DWG requirement. Standardize Tooling. Prepare cost and benefit report (Cost savings of improvement projects). Train operator’s in detail for the Machine operations and setups. Sustain 5S & Lean practice initialization. Work with in the allowed time and ensure meeting departmental Goals. Special projects advised by the supervisor.

Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in measurements, specifications, and quality control to maintain high standards. Team Collaboration: Working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and improve manufacturing efficiency. Communication: Clearly conveying technical information, project updates, and recommendations to diverse audiences, including colleagues and management. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools relevant to the industry (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma). Project Management: Experience in managing projects from conception to completion, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
EDUCATIONA QULAIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent 0-1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment CAD/CAM Software-AutoCad/Solidworks Office tools- MS Excel, Power point. Preferably in a machine shop or precision manufacturing.
