Job Description

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and promote sales.
  • Sell retail products such as shoes, insoles, and any other products available in the center
  • Maintain customers’ records
  • Responsible for the maintenance of own tools for work & clean up of work space
  • Clean, cut and shape nails
  • Prepare and clean beauty station in-between appointments;
  • Take an interest in customers (e.g. chatting with them during appointments and remembering their preferences);
  • Provide treatment to the feet and advise necessary solution;
  • Clean and sanitize tools and work environment;
  • Advise clients on nail care and use of products;
  • Assess the condition of clients' feet, remove dead skin from the feet and treat them;
  • Other work-related tasks as assigned by the Manager.
