Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an Architectural firm under the umbrella of an investment group. Our client is looking to hire a Managing Director who will lead and shape the organization’s future, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and creative excellence. 

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and implement the organization’s vision and long-term strategy.

- Identify market trends and new opportunities in the architectural industry.

- Set and achieve performance targets and deliver high-quality, cost-effective designs.

Operational Management:
- Manage daily operations to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

- Enhance project delivery with robust processes and tools.

- Oversee budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.

Team Leadership:
- Recruit, lead, and develop a talented team of architects and designers.

- Promote a culture of creativity, collaboration, and growth.

- Set clear goals and provide constructive feedback.

Project Oversight:
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

- Approve designs and resolve issues to guarantee client satisfaction.

- Utilize technologies like AI and 3D tools to improve workflows and innovation.

Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

- Manage risks and maintain financial transparency.

Business Development:
- Secure new projects and maintain a strong project pipeline.

- Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

- Represent the organization in key meetings and events.


RequirementsQualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture or a related field.

- 12–15 years in architecture or design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Skilled in project management and diverse sectors like high-rises, hotels, schools, and healthcare.

- Architect licenses (e.g., RIBA, AIA) preferred.

- Strategic planning, financial management, and leadership.

- Proficient in tools like BIM, Primavera P6, and Autodesk Suite.
