Title: Manager - Treasury Process Design & Automation
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Role overview:
Seeking a Treasury Operations Manager to drive process design, automation, and control framework implementation. Responsibilities include liquidity and FX ledger management, reconciliation, credit monitoring, and root cause analysis of funding exceptions. Additionally, the role involves audit coordination, reporting automation, and acting as a backup for key Treasury functions.
How you will create impact:
§ Process Design & Automation: Lead coordination for process design and automation initiatives in Treasury projects.
§ Control Framework: Design, implement, and oversee the Treasury control framework to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
§ Audit & Compliance: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Business Continuity Planning (BCP), process audits, and Treasury audits.
§ Liquidity & FX Management: Establish and manage liquidity and foreign exchange (FX) ledgers.
§ Ledger Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliations for Send Partners, Receive Partners, and Pooling Banks.
§ Treasury P&L Management: Reconcile Treasury Profit & Loss (P&L) dashboards with revenue reports.
§ Credit Monitoring: Track and monitor credit process exceptions exceeding approved limits and manage temporary approvals.
§ In-Transit Vouchers: Monitor and track in-transit vouchers to ensure timely processing and resolution of delays beyond Turnaround Time (TAT).
§ Fund Shortfall Analysis: Identify trends, conduct root cause analysis, and implement resolutions for fund shortfalls at Receive Partners.
§ Forecast Audit: Conduct audits of funds transfer forecasts to ensure accuracy and reliability.
§ Funding Exception Handling: Investigate and resolve funding exceptions related to Send and Receive Partners, including in-transit delays and returns.
§ End-of-Day Reconciliation: Perform EOD balance reconciliation between internal systems, banks, and executed deals.
§ Reporting & Automation: Design and develop reports/dashboards to support automation and efficiency improvements in Treasury operations.
§ Operational Backup: Serve as a backup resource for Correspondent Banking, Liquidity, and FX rate setup teams.
§ Bank Holiday Management: Manage bank holiday schedules and communicate notifications to partners and relevant departments.
Essential qualifications:
§ 10+ years of experience in a financial organization with at least 5 yrs. in treasury or treasury operations
§ MBA Finance, CA, BCom or allied degrees from reputed institutions
§ Detail oriented
