KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
# supervise the development and implementation of the security and monitoring framework in RTA, including the necessary systems, standards, policies, procedures, and operating models# Lead the preparation and development of the security strategy in RTA and monitor the implementation of projects and associated KPIs# Maintain continuous communication with relevant security authorities, official and regulatory bodies in the emirate and the country, and stakeholders regarding the development and support of management activities# Develop and coordinate internal and external relationships and partnership frameworks, including establishing and reviewing memorandums of understanding and monitoring their performance to support the achievement of overall management goals# Direct the preparation and development of security training and awareness plans and programs ensuring implementation to enhance the competencies and security awareness levels of stakeholders# Participate in permanent and temporary teams, joint committees, and committees with strategic partners in the field of security# Manage the assessment and auditing teams responsible for ensuring compliance with laws, legislation, policies, and international standards adopted in RTA# Evaluate and review security risk management processes in RTA in coordination with relevant departmen# Supervise the preparation of specialized security research and studies and provide recommendations and forecasts# Supervise the preparation of the annual budget for the department, monitor CAPEX and OPEX and provide recommendations and reports# Any additional responsibilities as directed by higher management- Strictly Adhere to RTA Information Security policies, procedures, and processes.- Strictly follow the Information Security data sharing guidelines for all internal and external data transfers.- Immediately report any Information Security incidents to your line manager and IT support for prompt guidance and resolution.- Actively participate in all assigned Information Security training and awareness sessions to enhance your knowledge and address potential Information Security risks.- Always comply with instructions and guidance provided by your line manager in line to the Information Security requirements.

# Bachelor's degree in Law / Business Administration or similar specialties from a recognized university. Morethan 14 years of relevant work experience
