Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle for high end luxury fashion retail fit-outs from concept to handover
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and brand representatives to interpret design intent
• Coordinate with specialised contractors while ensuring impeccable craftsmanship
• Oversee procurement of premium materials, fixtures, and bespoke elements with support of internal procurement team
• Maintain strict budget control while achieving uncompromising quality standards
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards
• Coordinate with mall management and landlords for high-profile locations
• Deliver projects on schedule with meticulous attention to detail

Requirements

• Proven experience managing high-end fashion retail construction projects (5+ years)
• Strong understanding of luxury retail environments and visual merchandising
• Experience with premium materials and specialized construction techniques
• Excellent project management and scheduling capabilities
• Superior communication skills for liaising with stakeholders across multiple disciplines
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and design specifications
• Knowledge of building codes and health and safety regulations
• Fashion industry experience preferred
