Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify MEP suppliers and subcontractors.
     
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to achieve cost-effective procurement.
     
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and quality.
     
  • Prepare procurement budgets and ensure compliance with cost constraints.
     
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement value engineering in procurement.
     
  • Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to make informed procurement decisions.
     
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards.
     
  • Prepare procurement reports and provide updates to senior management
    Skills & Competencies:
     
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
     
  • In-depth knowledge of MEP materials, equipment, and suppliers.
     
  • Ability to analyze technical specifications and project requirements.
     
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
