Job Description
The Manager - PR and Corporate Communications is responsible for developing and executing successful PR and communications strategy to increase corporate reputation and general market visibility, and to also develop and drive internal communications.
Responsibilities and duties
- Create an integrated public relations / branding strategy
- Strategize, budget, and execute both short & long term PR to strengthen corporate reputation and visibility
- Orchestrate speaking engagements and articles that establish employees / leaders as industry thinkers
- Write press releases and other content that reflect the group value proposition and unique selling points
- Lead communications and public affairs
- Create and supply content to EIA website and any chosen social media platforms
- Drive the execution and publishing of media releases relevant to the company including updates regarding relevant EIA and portfolio company initiatives and achievements
- Create targeted branding strategy and process for creating awareness and interest in EIA among investment talent
- Identify target schools for reaching UAE nationals talent
- Establish an employer branding strategy incl. marketing content, school events
- Write press releases and other content that reflect the group value proposition and unique selling points
- Lead communications and public affairs
- Create and supply content to EIA website and any chosen social media platforms
- Manage internal communications- Develop internal communications strategies- Ensure alignment of communications with key EIA activities- Actively drive communications
- To prepare and arrange memos, reports, newsletters, presentations and more for the management when required and to ensure all articles meet the organization standards
- Provide high-level reporting, writing and editing for media communications & social media needs related with our organization and ensure that they are published as per our requirements.
- Preparation of quarterly discussion materials for the board and relevant committees, covering areas from the business update, strategy and plan approvals, and other matters for board discussion.
- Maintaining monthly reporting schedule with the investment teams on key KPIs and P&Ls to be shared on a regular basis
- Manage third party referrals and leads to relevant internal parties (ensuring contact points and responses are tracked and followed up)
