Manager Omnichannel VM Planning EM

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Ensure industry-leading visual merchandising planning of all adidas campaigns throughout Emerging Markets Own Retail and Franchise channels with a focus on EMC. Drive brand leadership at every consumer touch point, to maximize full-price sell-through and NPS.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with Brand and DTC stakeholders to create market relevant and industry leading visual merchandising directives and plans. Ensure VM planning directives are delivered to the highest quality and on time and in full. Assist in the creation of consistent and relevant VM planning seasonal guidelines and training manuals. Execute and leverage key category strategies for seasonal and new product launches. To elevate the VM and consumer journey by identifying digital opportunities and key focus areas (heat maps). Maximize impact of key brand and product campaigns Implement processes to drive efficiency and consistence at market and cluster level. Support the ideation and creation of elevated retail activations together with the Retail activation Team. Department administration. Creation of reports and analysis of campaign executions. Contribute to the achievement of team objectives and KPIs. Additional responsibilities over and above this job description as and when the business needs.
