Job Description
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Ensure industry-leading visual merchandising planning of all adidas campaigns throughout Emerging Markets Own Retail and Franchise channels with a focus on EMC. Drive brand leadership at every consumer touch point, to maximize full-price sell-through and NPS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Brand and DTC stakeholders to create market relevant and industry leading visual merchandising directives and plans.
- Ensure VM planning directives are delivered to the highest quality and on time and in full.
- Assist in the creation of consistent and relevant VM planning seasonal guidelines and training manuals.
- Execute and leverage key category strategies for seasonal and new product launches.
- To elevate the VM and consumer journey by identifying digital opportunities and key focus areas (heat maps).
- Maximize impact of key brand and product campaigns
- Implement processes to drive efficiency and consistence at market and cluster level.
- Support the ideation and creation of elevated retail activations together with the Retail activation Team.
- Department administration.
- Creation of reports and analysis of campaign executions.
- Contribute to the achievement of team objectives and KPIs.
- Additional responsibilities over and above this job description as and when the business needs.

- Execution excellence of brand campaigns and stories
- Brand Health KPIS (Brand momentum, Net Promoter Score, Spontaneous purchase intent)
- Full price sell-through
- Go to market VM planning ( pre-season planning )
