OFFLINE MARKETING
Develop a marketing mix and ATL channel strategy, defining best practice approaches
Create and maintain a regional calendar of cross-channel marketing campaigns, alignment with local marketing teams to create and manage their marketing campaign plans and channels
Define the go-to-market blueprint for Offline marketing across channels / lead Offline media buying for the Talabat region
Cross-functional collaboration across other departments to ensure a greater understanding of cross-channel impact as well as data accuracy
identify and manage the media pitch process with new partners to extend our potential for growth in new and existing markets
liaise with Marketing Leads to agree on upcoming plans and recommend budget requirements to drive needed growth.
conduct regular analysis with partners to monitor market landscape evolutions, competitive monitoring
analyze campaign performance, consolidate learnings, and share knowledge across departments and local teams
TRADE PLANNING
Maintain regional monitoring for all campaign tiers to ensure we follow the guidance of having “fewer, bigger, better” campaigns, make sure we have a consistent approach when it comes to actuals vs planned campaigns
Understand campaign performances to provide guidance to countries when it comes to campaign prioritization
Regularly share intel with regional channel leads to ensure everyone is on the same page, and everyone works as a 1 team answering the same objective
You have worked for a central or regional team in the past, so you know the mechanics of coordination and regular multi-country reporting
Comfortable working in a challenging environment, be able to adapt at all time
You ideally have 4+ years of relevant experience
You are analytical, have logical thinking, and you’re a problem solver
You are organized and plan ahead
You can define, assess, solve, and communicate back to stakeholders in a clear and concise way
You know how to work with external partners (media agency, creative agency, research agency, suppliers, etc)
