What You'll Do


  • Design and implement strategies for optimizing first mile and last mile1§ logistics, focusing on cost efficiency and service excellence.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators related to delivery times, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Use insights to drive improvements in logistics operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, inventory management) and external partners to ensure effective logistics operations and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Leverage logistics management software and technologies to enhance visibility and efficiency across the supply chain.
  • Ensure that the logistics process aligns with the company’s commitment to customer service, addressing customer feedback and concerns related to delivery.
  • Manage the logistics budget, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Ensure that all logistics operations comply with relevant regulations, including food safety standards and transportation laws.

What We Look For


  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics management, with a focus on aggregator partnerships and last mile/first mile operations, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with logistics software and technology solutions.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
