RequirementsTo proactively support and strategically manage ICT environment including networks, servers, storage and operating systems.
• Ensure delivery of service from IT Operations team and Infrastructure team meets quality and standards.
• Ensure adequate support provided during IT and business project initiatives.
• To meet and retain compliance with relevant standards agreed with concerned departments.
• Adopt and implement best and affordable technology in ICT infrastructure to support and strengthen business requirements.
• To capacity plan in line with upcoming business requirements.
• Ensure adequate controls are applied in Infrastructure activities and operations activities.
• Ensure implementing IT security across bank’s sites and to ensure it as per defined baselines from relevant departments.
• Monitor infrastructure services and take proactive/reactive steps to avoid banking service interruptions.
• Ensure incidents are managed effectively with minimum impact and reported with a root cause analysis.
• Take part while developing effective DRP plans by concerned department.
• Ensure successful implementation, maintenance and compliance of the defined IT policies and procedures.
• Ensure adequate technical / non- technical training is provided to team members
• Ensure KPIs are set and monitored regularly; leaves are planned without impacting delivery of service and yearly performance reports are prepared.
