Job Description
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform planned operational audits of areas under scope of work and ensure adherence to the Operations Audit Charter.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to obtain requisite information/ process understanding and conclude fieldwork.
- Identify operational risks/ gaps and document sound recommendations.
- Ensure implementation of recommendations and submit the Action taken status.
- Structure and write reports and presentations.
- Maintain meticulous working papers including RCM, Work program, Testing / working documents, reports etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Internal Audit.
- CA and/or MBA, OR CIA/CFE qualifications.
- Candidate should possess previous experience in the field of Internal and Operational Audits (preferably of Real Estate companies).
- Knowledge of different business functions and operational requirements in a Real Estate business is critical.
- Knowledge & experience working with PowerBI is non-negotiable in this role.
- Experience in working with SQL/Python will be an advantage.
- Advanced Excel & Powerpoint Skills.
- Experience with Azure.
- Hands on knowledge of Sales Force, Oracle, and other business intelligence tools etc. (preferable).
- Excellent report writing, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem solving capabilities for providing risk mitigating recommendations.
