Job Description



Our client is looking for a seasoned and results-oriented HR professional to lead their Human Capital and Talent Management Solutions Department. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of multiple SAP HR / SuccessFactors projects across the entire business. You will manage a team of approximately 60 individuals currently running over 15 large-scale projects.

Description
Oversee the delivery of all SAP HR / SuccessFactors implementation projects on time and within budget

Manage project priorities, timelines and resources effectively

Foster strong stakeholder relationships (internal and external) to ensure alignment and project success

Manage and oversee the performance of a team of approximately 60 HR professionals

Provide strategic direction and guidance on all HR and talent management initiatives

Ensure effective vendor management for all HR and talent management solutions


Profile
A solid track record of leading project delivery for multiple SAP HR / SuccessFactors implementations within a large, complex organisation with a minimum of 10,000+ users

Must have experience in the UAE or the broader Middle East region. Arabic speakers strongly preferred

In-depth knowledge of HR modules, workflows and best practices

Strong understanding of talent management principles, including succession planning and skills management

Proven managerial experience with the ability to lead a large and diverse team

Exceptional communication, collaboration, influencing and change management skills

Adaptable and agile, with the ability to prioritise and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
