About the Role

To support all hospitality applications by enforcing existing and creating new policies, providing overview and guidance to the business, perform activities to manage the end to end process of deploying new properties and administration of existing properties, managing project time lines, cost, standards and enhancements throughout the applications’ lifecycle as well as implementing best practices, techniques and procedures essential to a deployed application's optimal operation, performance and efficiency throughout the enterprise and back-end IT infrastructure. Implementing and supporting strategies of hospitality systems and ensure their respective integrations and processes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed and accurate documentation.
• Provide escalation support to the resorts and review / close tickets.
• Liaise with application vendors on support, maintenance, upgrades, improvements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders for system updates, improvements, replacements.
• Prepare budgets, CAPEX and OPEX relating to hospitality applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on strategies and budgets.
• Create tender packages, RFP’s, RFQ’s and RFI’s for new products.
• Provide project management.
• Engage with the leadership team, other departments, and property IT.
• Liaise with Internal Audit on system integrity, user access and role-based permissions.
• Specific applications and their respective integrations include:
• Opera PMS Cloud and On-premises.
• Opera S&C.
• Simphony POS.
• other POS.
• Delphi S&C.
• SpaSoft / Zenoti.
• AliceApp.
• Sevenrooms.
• Mobile check-in / checkout systems.
• Revenue Systems.
• Payments Gateways / Systems.
• Other hospitality systems.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements 

• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role at corporate level.
• Minimum education to degree graduate level.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to details and quality of work.     
• Able to work under pressure and towards deadlines, be able to work as part of a team, and be a self-motivated and approachable and friendly person.
• Budget Management.
• Team leadership.
• Ability to travel is preferable.
