About Job
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of F&B Department which is designated to the specific schedules in order to meet and exceed guests’ needs and business requirements while ensuring strong Associate engagement and adherence to service standards and operating procedures. The Manager, Food & Beverage required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with One&Only One Za’abeel policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest level of service is maintained.
About You
A perfect candidate shoud have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. The candidate should have experience in setting up new outlets and managing initial operations, with the ability to work within both hotel and independent restaurant settings. Ability to lead, motivate and develop colleagues.Be innovative, financially savvy. Connect emotionally with guest and internal customer. Be well versed in the Colleagues competencies of Kerzner International. 2 Years’ experience in a similar position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, People Management Skills.Well verged with technology, which helps F&B to take next level.
