Job Description

JOB PURPOSE


  • Lead an effective agile transformation across all applicable functions and work streams in RTA, while Provide expert advice regarding Development and corporate agility practices ensuring the alignment of these practices with RTA’s strategy, Moreover, providing a structured methodology and approach to effectively implement the development and agility practices across various areas in RTA, while bearing direct responsibility for managing the section and all related projects and initiatives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


  • Follow leading international trends regarding Organizational Development and corporate agility practices,ensuring the best practices are adopted into various corporate applications were applicable, in line withgovernment directions, strategies goals and objectives and business needs and Priorities.
  • Lead an effective agile transformation across all applicable functions and work streams in RTA, while overseeingthe effective implementation of agile practices.
  • Manage the development and corporate agile frameworks and models, all supporting documents, and requiredblueprints in coordination with the relevant parties to support an effective Corporate agility Implementation.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of RTA’s corporate agile scaleup roadmap, ensuring continuousalignment with government directions, strategies and business needs and Priorities.
  • Oversee the agility structure development, including the value streams needed, the Design of Tribes and Squads,around projects, services and functions that provides end-to-end solutions built around customer centricity, whileproviding necessary support to ensure all related objectives are being achieved.
  • Continuously measure agile maturity in RTA and define the potential areas of improvement, in aims to increaseits dynamic capabilities and enhance its core operations, to reach the desired maturity level.
  • Lead the development of new business initiatives while Working closely with Chief Executives and Directors ofDepartments to identify potential areas of improvement across the organization.
  • Oversee the implementation of corporate development projects in coordination and liaising with differentorganizations’ units.
  • Manage all related documents including but not limited to Policies, Operating Models, Blue Prints, proceduresregarding development and corporate agility section.
  • Continuously leading the awareness of development & Corporate agility methodologies and practices across RTA to ensure best practices are being shared and capabilities are being built.
  • Participate in activities related to strategic planning for the objective of setting and executing the Goals of RTA. 
  •  Participate in local and International awards, moreover ensuring all Dubai Government Excellence Program requirement are being fulfilled related to the sections scope of work.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS


▪ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management from recognized University.


▪ 7 years of related experience in related field.


▪ Certificates in the field of "EFQM, ISO9001, Lean Management, Six Sigma, Scrum Master, SAFe. Will be advantage.


Highly analytical problem solver with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.


▪ Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of relevant applications


▪ Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing. 


▪ Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.


▪ Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
