You will join our leading and fast-growing team of technology consultants. As a Manager – CRM Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in advisory and implementation engagements, focusing on transforming sales, service and marketing capabilities for our clients.


This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of our clients in the GCC and contribute to the success of high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage technology consulting engagements, ranging from CRM assessments and strategy to end-to-end implementation.
  • Design CRM-based solutions and produce solution documentation.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance to clients on CRM-related leading practices and trends. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-level executives, business and IT leaders, to understand their business needs, challenges, and priorities. 
  • Lead cross-functional teams of consultants, architects, engineers, and analysts to deliver high-quality technology solutions and services that meet or exceed client expectations. 
  • Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and leading client presentations and demonstrations, to sell the services. 
  • Mentor and share knowledge with junior and peer consultants, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. 

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in designing end-to-end CRM-based solutions. Strong understanding of CRM-related business processes and architecture.
  • Certified CRM Professional (Salesforce or Microsoft D365 - Sales, Service, Marketing). Experience with both platforms is an advantage.
  • Experience in integrating CRM systems with other enterprise software (ERP, etc.).
  • Previous experience in a management consulting role is required.
  • Knowledgeable in requirements gathering and translating into technical solutions.
  • Experienced in pre-sales, including scoping solutions, developing the value proposition, and building confidence with client’s senior technical stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • English (must) and Arabic (preferred) speaker.
