Job Description
Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Portfolio Strategy Director Middle East to be based in the UAE.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Drive strategic portfolio management through prioritisation, resource optimisation, and effective execution of initiatives aligned with the company objectives.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders by understanding their needs.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance portfolio management practices and results.
- Analyse data and industry best practices to ensure processes and initiatives are aligned to the overall business strategy.
- Identify and assess risks associated with the overall portfolio, and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- MBA holder is preferred.
- Must have at least 10 years of experience in building portfolio strategy within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- MENA experience is a must.
- Strong understanding of generic pharma industry.
- Experience in establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
