Job Description


Job Summary: The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing debt fund raising transactions for the company. Candidate will work closely with financial institutions and internal teams to secure debt financing that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and financial needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed Financial Models, projections, Information memorandum etc to support debt fund raising proposals.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to determine suitable debt requirements and structures.
  • Evaluate various debt instruments and structures, recommending the most appropriate options.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare compelling presentations and pitch materials.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with financial institutions, ensuring favourable terms for the organization.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes, working closely with legal, financial, and operational teams.
  • Oversee the timely and accurate documentation of debt agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and financial regulations that may impact debt fund raising activities.
  • Conduct industry and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the debt fund raising process.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with debt transactions
