About the Job:


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager - Compensation and Benefits to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with the Jumeirah Group's business goals and ensures internal equity. 
  • Conduct regular market analyses to benchmark compensation levels and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness. 
  • Administer the organization's salary structure, including the evaluation of new positions and the review of existing job classifications. 
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure fair and consistent salary practices.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, retirement plans, and other perks. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends and legislation affecting benefits to ensure compliance and competitiveness. 
  • Collaborate with HR in the job evaluation process, ensuring that positions are accurately classified and compensated based on their level of responsibility and contribution. 
  • Develop and manage performance incentive programs, such as bonus structures and recognition programs, to drive employee engagement and performance. 
  • Stay up to date on federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Communicate compensation and benefits information to employees in a clear and understandable manner. 

About you: 


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources Management or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.
  • Minimum 5 years’ HR experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Proven experience of working in Europe and the middle east region, specifically in compensation and benefits.
  • Have a solid understanding of cultural and market differences within the relevant countries.
  • Strong knowledge of key compensation frameworks such as employment law, organization development, job architecture and incentive plans.
  • Strong analytical skills and skilled in working with large data sets.
