From flights to fuel, parking to property leasing, and in-flight meals to landside lattes, they make the best of every revenue stream through fresh service propositions.What you’ll deliver•You'll control compliance standards and procedures across commercial partners, ensuring adherence to business requirements and regulatory standards.•You'll manage the compliance program within the commercial group, ensuring alignment with local legislation, regulations, and performance standards at both DXB and DWC airports.•You'll review and ensure commercial processes, policies, procedures, and operating manuals comply with internal regulations and standards.•You'll assist in managing internal and external audit requests by gathering data and formalizing responses to audit reports.•You'll apply expertise in international retail standards, governance, financial concepts, and stay informed on global retail and F&B trends, particularly in the airport environment.•You'll support the development and implementation of policies, systems, and audit functions to maintain high commercial quality compliance.What you bring•You should be educated to a degree level or a field relevant to Business Management with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience. •You’ll have core experience in application of international retail standards and performance criteria  •You’ll have the knowledge and expertise to prepare and understand financial concepts and applications•You’ll have a good understanding and awareness of global retail trends, particularly in the airport business context•Lastly, you’ll understand the local laws and governance. Life at Dubai AirportsFast-moving and fast-growing, Dubai Airports is a business that’s all about delivering great airport experiences, 24 hours a day.
