Job Description
The Senior Manager – Cloud Sales will be responsible for achieving Cloud sales targets by generating leads, driving entire sales life cycle including closure & billing, and maintaining strong communication with clients to support business growth.Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:1 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve Cloud revenue targets2 Identify and pursue new business opportunities3 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners4 Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team to win the deals 5 Conduct solution demonstrations and presentations to the clients6 Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and technical needs7 Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.8 Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and partners9 Oversee the implementation of Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices10 Ability to deliver Cloud Sales number of $5M in FY25 with profitability of minimum 20% excluding backend rebates11 Ability to deliver Cloud Sales number of $350K in FY24 (Oct-Dec) with profitability of minimum 20% excluding backend rebatesRequirementsExperience (Yrs& Field) : 18-20 + Years of relevant experienceEducational Qualification : Masters / BachelorProfessional Certifications: Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle OCI etc.Skills & Abilities: Account and customer relationship management, Strong understanding of Cloud solutions and services, ability to close deals and meet sales targets, Commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
