Job Description

Job Purpose & Description


The purpose of this job is to increase the existing customer base for the company and the primary focus is to locate and qualify new prospects and grow existing accounts by generating interest in the company's services and products.


  • Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers across Damac Masion's projects.
  • Promote and expand the rental managed scheme business by updating new and existing customers on the latest offers in order to increase sales.
  • Negotiate and handle customer complains to resolve the same in line with company’s policies in an efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with different departments such as reservations, operations and finance to meet owner's expectations.
  • Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction levels.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal Channel.
  • Follow up with the customer, find out if the solution actually worked, and take note of the customer’s suggestions on what can potentially improve their experience.

Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing preferred with Dubai experience.
  • Arabic / English Speaker 
  • Valid UAE driving license / Vehicle. 
  • At least 5 year of work experience preferably in the area of CRM (real estate)
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. 
  • Strong communication abilities, including advanced presentation skills (verbal and written) 
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power-Point.
