  • Contributing to marketing campaigns, events, and PR initiatives to boost brand performance
  • Training retail staff on brand knowledge to ensure consistent customer experience
  • Visiting stores to evaluate brand visibility, merchandising, and compliance with standards
  • Researching global trends and providing insights to the line manager
  • Spending time on the shop floor to understand the consumer journey and sharing observations with the line manager
