We are seeking a skilled male sales admin with experience in the machinery dealership or trading sector within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in daily operations, managing customer communications, updating CRM systems, preparing quotations, and managing online machinery platforms.*Key Responsibilities:*- Assist the Sales Manager with daily tasks and administrative duties.- Handle customer inquiries and respond to messages promptly and professionally.- Update and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.- Prepare and process quotations for customers based on the Sales Manager’s guidance.- Manage and update listings on machinery platforms, ensuring accurate and timely information is available for potential buyers.- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.- Maintain organized records and documentation related to sales and customer interactions.*Requirements:*- Previous experience working as an administrator for a machinery dealer or trader in the UAE is essential.- Proficiency in using CRM systems and maintaining accurate data.- Experience managing online machinery platforms, including updating listings and responding to inquiries.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to prepare detailed and accurate quotations for customers.- A proactive and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to assist in various administrative tasks as needed.*Work Environment:*- The position is based permanently in Dubai Industrial City.- You will be working closely with the Sales Manager and other team members in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.*How to Apply:*Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their relevant experience and qualifications.
