Apt Resources is excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Male House Manager at the Senior Butler level for a prestigious Ultra High Net Worth Family (UHNWF) in Dubai. In this critical role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the household, ensuring a luxurious and seamless living experience. Your skills in management, attention to detail, and exceptional service will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards expected by the family.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional Front of House service, including welcoming and greeting guests.
  • Liaise and coordinate with the Principals to ensure all requirements are met efficiently.
  • Train, supervise, and guide the team to maintain high standards of service.
  • Develop, implement, and refine systems and methods of work to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff on manpower planning.
  • Assist the Chief of Staff with recruitment and succession planning within the team.
  • Oversee the closure and securing of service areas and the house during in-residence periods.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to changes during service or family residence periods.
  • Deliver various types of service, including butler, silver, tray, bar, and pool service.
  • Clean and restock bars, coffee stations, tea, and water points as needed.
  • Apply specialist cleaning techniques and polish china, crystal, and silverware.
  • Ensure proper care and conservation of silver, gilt, and crystal items.
  • Maintain cleanliness in pantry areas, stock rooms, and service zones.
  • Conduct inventory and stock management for items such as china, silverware, crystal, cigars, wines, and spirits.
  • Manage fine wine, spirits, and cigar cellars, ensuring proper rotation of stock.
  • Coordinate with departments like Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Kitchen for seamless operations.
  • Accept and handle deliveries appropriately.
  • Arrange furniture and adjust rooms to meet the preferences of the Principals and guests.
  • Coordinate luggage delivery and collection to and from rooms.
  • Demonstrate flexibility with working hours and adaptability to changes, including availability on weekends and bank holidays at short notice.
  • Maintain the highest standards of personal grooming and presentation.
  • Perform any other duties reasonably requested by the Chief of Staff or senior management.
