Job Description

About us

People want a law firm they can trust, one with global capabilities that has a commitment to investing in excellent client service and empowers its teams to deliver innovative solutions. We want to stand out for our distinctive Linklaters mindset, so that our clients want to work with us above all others. To do this, we recruit and develop exceptional people and encourage them to think and do things differently. We serve our clients as a team, with a common focus on innovation, efficiency and agility.

The programme will include:

  • a series of interactive webinars and online learning organised on a regional basis (February – June)
  • one-on-one coaching sessions
  • a paid work experience programme in the closest local office
  • an additional sponsorship of two-weeks’ salary which will be paid at the beginning of the work experience programme
  • invitations to local office activities throughout the programme
  • a strong focus on developing confidence using English (written and oral) in a professional setting

Who is eligible?

We are looking for native Arabic speaking first year law students who identify as having a low-income background or a racial or ethnic minority background, are committed to pursuing a career in commercial law and demonstrate consistent academic performance.
