Job Description

  • Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of makeup artists, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and keep them updated with the latest makeup trends and techniques.
  • Schedule and allocate tasks, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
  • Provide hands-on support with makeup application, especially for high-profile clients or complex requests.
  • Create and maintain a portfolio of standard makeup looks for the team to follow.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or special requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on makeup products and application techniques.
  • Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution of any client issues or complaints.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on team performance, client feedback, and inventory usage.


Skills

  • Professional Certificate in makeup artistry or cosmetology.
  • Any relevant licenses as required by region.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic languages.
