Job Description – Major Projects Consultant


Objectives


An exciting opportunity has been created to join our dynamic team to lead and secure significant and strategic project opportunities across the Middle East & Africa. Working alongside our Regional Teams, your role is to be the accountable, and key strategic sales advisor throughout the project process, collaborating with clients, architects, designers, project managers, our sales teams, our dealerships, and internal stake holders to ensure success in securing some of our most significant and strategic project opportunities in the region.


Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and Inspire Teams: Form and lead local and cross-functional sales teams to drive and win major projects.
  • Strategic Accountability: Ensure projects align with the strategic goals of the region and MillerKnoll Group.
  • Excellence in Presentation: Deliver top-notch presentations and proposals, setting the standard for quality.
  • Expert Advisor: Guide internal teams and our dealers on optimal solutions, leveraging your deep product knowledge and market insights.
  • Coach and Develop: Train and mentor salespeople to enhance their skills and win strategic projects.
  • Global Collaboration: Network with international counterparts to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Resource Management: Secure senior-level support and resources for major project opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies that position MillerKnoll for success from the outset.

Your Profile:


  • Experience: Approximately eight years of experience in winning large capital goods projects within the office furniture or aligned industry.
  • Global Perspective: International experience with a high level of cultural awareness.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of competitors, products, and market dynamics.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop others.
