Job description
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in setting up extrusion machines by preparing materials, adjusting settings, and loading raw materials into hoppers.
· Monitor machine operations and assist in adjusting controls to maintain proper temperature, speed, and pressure.
· Feed raw materials into the extruder and assist in troubleshooting issues such as jams or malfunctions.
· Inspect extruded products for quality defects and assist in making adjustments to ensure compliance with specifications.
· Assist in performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts on machinery.
· Keep accurate records of production output, machine settings, and maintenance activities.
· Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
