Job Requirements:

  • Ensure that lounges are stocked with food, drink and that they are running to the highest standards possible.
  • Supervise F&B attendants and assistants, by performing grooming checks, roster, daily briefings, workforce planning, and leave approvals.
  • Assist all passengers in a polite, friendly, and helpful manner.
  • Supervise and carry out weekly inventory, place orders, and record deliveries of all supplies, including payment tracking.
  • Report and act on any incident of theft, loss, damage, unfit food, fire, accident or any other irregularity.
  • Make sure that the company policy and the vision statement are followed and utilized at all times.
  • Monitor employee productivity to ensure that KPIs and competencies are being met.
  • Comply with and ensure team awareness of the health and safety policies and procedures. FBO Manuals and SOPs.
  • Complete any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
