Logistics Technician - UAE National

The role

We are looking for a Logistics Technician to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling goods and materials in our warehouse. This position requires attention to details and have the ability to handle multiple job responsibilities, set priorities and to work with cross functional teams, customers and  suppliers as necessary.  

Responsilbites:

• Manage all the administrative assignments in a timely manner
• Keep track of all tools and to arrange with order in a proper storage
• All sending and receiving items entry should be done in AADMIS
• Keep up the calibration status for all tools and test equipment
• Replenish / purchase office supplies and manage them accordingly if needed
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
• Handle import and export shipments
• Facilitates the shipping of products from one destination to another
• Arrange transportation, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
• Receives products and coordinates deliveries
• Prepares loads for shipment
• At all times following safety and quality requirements
• Takes steps to avoid quality control issues
• Make sure warehouse and toolshop is kept in good order

Experience:

• Diploma/Higher Diploma/Bachelor degree in related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience is recommended

Required skills

• Excellent communication in English
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Driving license

Desired skills

• AADMIS knowledge is a merit
• Driving license.
