Job Description

PROFILE:


  • Experienced supply chain, customer service specialist
  • Analytical mind, familiar with report making using Excel, Powerpoint
  • Autonomous & Target oriented
  • 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in International trading
  • Fluent in English and French

TASKS:


  • Manage all the customer service/Logistics work
  • Creating sales contracts, invoices, shipping documents
  • Knowledge of freight & shipping
  • Expertise in handling contracts with Letter of credit
  • Centralization of Suppliers and purchase process
  • Negotiate freight rates with shipping lines/ freight forwarders
  • Extensive knowledge of Incoterms
