Purpose of the Job
The Logistics Operations Leader will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical warehouse, ensuring the efficient and compliant management of inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics processes. Job Description
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and warehouse best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and other logistics tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to drive process improvements.
- Knowledge of automation and technology trends in warehouse and logistics operations.
