Prepare all the required documents related to the shipment & customs.
Overseeing the shipments and costs and ensuring that timeliness and productivity are maintained.
Preparing the shipment-associated insurance requests and reviewing and following up with the invoices for the same.
Ensure all commercial invoices and packing lists are created according to the Proforma Invoice.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Must possess strong verbal and written communication along with excellent negotiation skills.
Must possess working knowledge of logistics software and Microsoft Office.
Must be capable of handling all logistics software and Microsoft Office.
